Urgent- CSR Manager

Description of work assignments: as per Job description attached to this Contract and assigned by Superiors. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and Guide Audits to Success;
- Create, review, update and implement CSR management policy and programs to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to environmental management, labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention, emergency response, PPE use, safe chemical handling, waste management;
- Ensure that company policy is developed, implemented and followed by all department members and that the organization’s messaging and behavior reflect the rules and regulations of the company.
- Identifying hidden risks the company may face, tracking larger regulatory developments that may affect how the company functions, and training employees on any new process and policies.
- Support the follow-up application of EIA Approval;
- Contact with external parties for certification and relevant training;
- Give training to all employees regarding ethical topicsrequirements customers or legally Hamp;S Fire Fighting Equipment.
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness;
- Work towards improving working conditions in the supply chains in a step-by-step development approach.
- Performs other duties as assigned by BODCEO
Working time: 8am-5pm From Monday – Friday
