Contact shipping lines co-loader to place booking based on customers shipment plan.
Send Booking confirmation, vessel schedule to customer on time.
Create SI HBL TLX HBL for outbound shipments, Arrival Notice, DO for inbound shipments and Send SI, VGM and chase for MBL TRI shipping lines
Proceed payment claim for incharge shipment and make sure the payment is on time.
Send receive Pre-alert to oversea agents and follow up.
Follow up shipments status till they are completed.
Update shipments details into summary report in public folder.
Create job, key billing for shipment in charge on OMS system.

At least 3 years working experience in logistics freight forwarding companies at similar position scope of work.
