Mô tả công việc

Direct handles documentation of the shipment within the scope of work, including issuing Debit note and payment to Carriers.
Following shipment booking stage until vessel arrives POD.
Following up the shipments , having documents submitted by Suppliers, issuing FCR, getting carrier SWB, issuing Debit note, arranging payment to carriers within requested lead time.
Communication, coordination and interaction between departments and customers.
Handle abnormal issues in daily job.
Compliance with the assignment, guidance and timely reporting of unusual occurrences in the work.
Build and strengthen relationships with customerssupplierscarriers to perform better as well as find opportunities for service development.
Other tasks upon requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated University, College. Major in economic, foreign trade, foreign language or social science.
At least 6 months experience in Forwarding, Logistics field.
Good knowledge in international freight forwarding.
Experience in practical co-ordination and solving problem.
Experience in using web-based Global working platform.
Fair English competence.
Communicate persuasively.
Customer service mindset.
Good time management.
Working under high pressure.
