Job Description
Preparation of financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments- bank applications, information memoranda, and prospectus
Analyzing company acs and financial projections and advising the company on how to best position its investments.

Job Requirements
Bachelors degree, major in BA, Finance, Investment, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Asset Management.
Must have a strong background in working with StartupsFintechGameBlockchainWeb3
Startup mindset - the ability to work in a fast-paced crypto startup
Majored in engineering or economics amp; finance in a top-tier institution with good academic credentials
Driven, proactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
Strong business and investment acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must show a strong sense of integrity, honesty, and a good team player PREFERRED
