A - COMPENSATION amp; BENEFIT:
- Salary calculation and payment to employeesExpats including resignation salary
- Calculation deduction for: insurance, PIT employment, resignation, other benefits concerning to SI,HI,UI policies
- Salary payment report and documents administrative
B - PIT:
- Dependents tax code, Dependents deduction and Registering PIT, other procedures concerned for employees.
- In charge for monthlyquarterly yearly PIT settlement.
C - COMPLIANCE:
- Update regulation related to HR fields.
- Administrate documentations for related compliance documents.
- In charge of discipline procedure.
- In charge for ISO of HR Dept.
D - RECRUITMENT:
- In charge of recruitment for all positions.
MINOR DUTIES:
1. Do all the reports to Social Insurance, Tax Dept, Labor Dept ForeignerVietnamese
2. Improve Human resources data management.
3. Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Knowledge: Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Human Resources Academy.
- Skills: Proficiency in interpersonal communication, HR software, Microsoft Office, English.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in relevant job
- Others: Ability to co-ordinate team members, self-motivated, proactive, accurate.
