Mô tả công việc
- Ensure to close the book accurately and on time monthly. Make sure all balance sheets and PNL acs are correct before closing the book with the explanation for long-aging items
- Prepare and comment on any variance in expenses including manufacturing expenses and general overhead
- Prepare and post the accrued expenses on time and make sure no missing expenses in the period
- Prepare and reconciliation the custom report monthly and the custom finalization report yearly
- Corporate with tax team legal team in the matter related to taxes, contracts, customs
- Lead the stock monthly amp; Fixed asset at mid-year, make the reconciliation of book and actual, then find the variance and raise the issue if any
- Balance sheet breakdown understanding
- Cost control under-budgeted and prepare analysis report related
- Analysis of the production report: Yield and stock price monthly
- Oversee the ac payable, ac receivable
- Update and control credit limit, credit days, ARAP aging
- Review amp; comment on the credit exposure report
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
- Monitor and mentortrain junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
- Assist FM with internal amp; external audits
- Assist FM in preparing and forecasting the budget
- Other ad-hoc jobs amp; analysis reports assigned by Department ManagerBOD

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Acing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Acing in Multi Culture Manufacturing industry, SAP or ERP experience is plus
- Good English communication is a MUST
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example
- Good in Excel and MS office
- Manage team 2-3 staff
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Acing in Multi Culture Manufacturing industry, SAP or ERP experience is plus
