REDCarpet Agency is an integrated agency specializing in creative experience since 2016. We provide comprehensive solutions in the field of strategic and creative thinking across every platform Digital PR to Event services that resonate with our clients to advance the businesses.
As a result of our growth and success, we are looking for a Digital Strategic Planner to join our team, working across some of the interesting brands.
Job Descriptions:
Strategy leading:
Get and clarify the brief client and understand it deeply
Get the right and dig down consumer insights
Give the exact proposition amp; creative directions to creative team
Work together with Ac and Creative to win the projects
Study, analyze all related and necessary data
Create direction and strategy
Research management:
Desk research collect data and analyze
Conduct, manage any necessary research desk research, internal research…
Cooperate with research agency
Presentation creation:
Create the deck logically and beautifully
Make presentation deck and present to client
Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
Management:
Manage the workload in Team
Coach the staffs of Team
Report to Director
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree level – preferably in MarketingEnglish major
At least 2 years experience in planningac positions in digital marketing service
Experience of project management ac position and developing proposal would be an advantage
Understand different consumercustomer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG category Creative, passionate, smart, good looking, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions
Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint writing and visual, presentation skill and ability to weave ideas into stories
Excellent English skills both verbal and written
Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set;
Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese;
Well cooperate with other department, ability to work independently as well as be a team player especially work with other departments like Ac and Creative
Able to handle pressure
