Mô tả công việc
As a Senior growth executive, you will be the key owner of HERAMO’s transformation projects. You will work directly with C-level to design amp; execute growth strategy focusing on mobile app amp; overall sales, orders. More details below:
- Plan and execute growth strategy to drive both user acquisition, user retention amp; orders sales for Heramos mobile app
- Work with Tech, Business Analyst, Data Analyst amp; Customer Excellence team to build system, action plan amp; execute referral, affiliate, loyalty amp; reward programs
- Work with Data Analyst dailyweekly to monitor performance amp; optimize the user journey, grow orders amp; revenue on app
- Manage and monitor campaigns various networks including Apple Search Ads, Google Adwords, Tiktok Ads, etc for app downloads engagement
- Planning and execute 360 degrees engagement automation engine, app amp; web push notification, email marketing, content marketing etc. with BrandingContent team
- Develop and planning successful SEO strategies for HERAMO’s website amp; blog
- Co-planning with Store Supervisor amp; Franchise team to execute marketing activities that build awareness amp; grow offline chains’ orders

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, App Marketing. Experience related to increasing app download, app retention is a plus
- Data-driven mindset is a must. You will be required to work with data a lot
- Comfortable with analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar… is preferable
- Good at critical thinking ability to think critically amp; systematically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop, planning strategies and implement plans
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
- Hustle have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude
- Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable
