• Follow up and take care clients daily to retain existing relationships
• Responsible for price and logistics service negotiation with customers.
• Responsible for creating sales goals to be aid yourself in achieving targets.
• Maintain relationship with current clients and take care prospects.
• Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients.
• Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and clients’ satisfaction.
• Build relationship and sales to clients through phone or face to face.
• Report and propose to line manager periodically.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Knowledge: Transportation brokeragesales experience, marketing multipart logistical solutions to clients
• Knowledge of Incoterm, Ocean Freight and Air Freight, as well as other supply chain management solutions.
• Computer skills: Solid skills with MS Office,
• Communication skills: Applicants for a logistics sales role must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skillset to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.
