Art/Creative Director

Job Descriptions
1. Work with creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the Brand Product, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
2. Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
3. Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client. Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
4. Support training amp; sharing knowledges to all members in team.
5. Outsourcing quality control to meet team standard.
6. Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
7. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
8. Independently lead projects, mentor junior teammates and review junior designers’ work to ensure quality and brand fit.
9. Interact with the client and ac management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market in which it is competing.
