Job Description
DESCRIPTION
• Process Debit NotesInvoices to customers;
• Prepare daily acing entries and input data into the acing software Bravo;
• Process payment and receipt;
• Administer acs receivable, acs payable;
• Preparing monthly closing ac amp; preparing reports;
• Preparing monthly Tax report: VAT, CIT, PIT based on Taxs requirement;
• Reconcile and close all in charge acing acs on month-end to Acing system;
• CoachingTraining;
• Assist GM in the planning of the annual budget;
• Number of initiatives for work improvement and efficiency;
• Other tasks as assigned by GM.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in acing field
• English writing amp; reading skill
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
• Year of experience: At least 05 year experiences in Acing for Aviation is preferred
