To be an advisor for the board of directors on the goals, strategies and organize activities to achieve the goals.
To develop, implement and track sales plan to optimize growth, market share and profitability, to meet or exceed short and mid-term business objectives.
To meet monthly and yearly sales targets, set individual sales targets with the sales team and develop sales team organization; Oversee the activities and performance of the team members with a strong focus on:
To set clear development targets for each team member;
Sales force efficiency Spend the right time on the right customers and right activities;
Recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
Market transparency Focus customers Execution.
To create high performing team environment engaged, motivated, ambitious and gritty behavior.
To liaise cooperate with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
To represent and promote company’s products.
To evaluate performance of sales staff; Formulate sales policies and improve sales procedures.
Responsible for the direct management of the customers:
To listen to and understand the ac’s current and future, their specific needs as well as their roles.
To develop and cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key acs.
To play a key role in sourcing and aggregating primary market information
To offer price suggestionsdirection for the distributors to achieve targeted market share and profit goals; contribute to and implement pricing strategies for customers; Provide accurate sales forecast.
To identify potential new customer relationships to support continuous growth with assigned acs. Monitor and to consistently increase customer satisfaction with company’s product and services.

Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated University or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing.
People management amp; operating skills and ability to withstand high work pressure.
Ability to negotiate and act as a counselor to the BOD.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in same positions in the fields of FMCG, retail industry.
Has broad business relationships and a list of potential retail customers, strong network in FMCG, consumer goods.
Expert in handling the whole sales process, negotiating, closing deals, and strongly motivated to create values to customers and the company.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft office Word, excel, power point and English
