1. About us
Our group of companies has over 20 years’ experience in the retail business throughout Vietnam and now wish to expand our online and social media presence including expanding our ecommerce.
2. Job Summary:
We are looking for an eCommerce Salesperson to join our team, to develop and implement sales strategies, establish partnerships, build strong relationships with customers, and utilize their feedback in order to improve sales and to meeting and surpassing the needs of each customer.
As an OnlineCommerce salesperson at our company, you will be responsible for interacting with a lot of customers by using computer or telephone, understanding what are the current needs that the potential customers are looking out for, and accordingly marketing the products and services.

3. Duties and Responsibilities:
- To research, create, and implement new marketing tactics to effect positive company change and increase revenue
- Utilize new data tools and reports for tracking purposes
- Closely monitor sales opportunities and transactions, to determine patterns and trends
- Develop and update the E-Commerce website regularly
- Update E-Commerce website product descriptions
- Communicate across various department in regards to the development of products, and support organizational frameworks
- Establish strong relationships and maintain a cooperative working relationship with customers to ensure that they receive high quality service at all times

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of sales experience selling into online acs
- Passionate about sales – able to communicate in English is advantage
- Skilled in data and marketing
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Proficient in using all forms of social media – web chat, FB and Messenger, Instagram and Twitter
- Technologically savvy, with strong computer skills and data skills
- Organized, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passionate about sales – able to communicate in English is advantage
- Skilled in data and marketing
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
