• Handle Import amp; Export shipments
• Communicate with Oversea AgentsBranchs, Customers, Carriers, and Airlines...
• Support Sales teamAgency team to contacttake care customers. Execute customer’s service
requirements Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation and Invoicing.
• Verify booking details, seek approval Customers if any discrepancies.
• Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments. Co-ordinate with Customer to receive full
set of documents.
• Problem solve in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
• Continue following up to get update if any changes on sailing schedule, and notify Customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
• Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately. Having system done by updating all required
steps and close shipments monthly.
• Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world class service.
• Seek continuous improvement in daily operations.

• Settle down under responsibility with abnormal issues. And report to Superiors to have promptly
support if any issue over capacity.

• Proactively Co-ordinate with team members to share daily workload if needed.
